Just a few quick updates:
-Thank you to the overwhelming positive response to our Canned Food Drive. You donated a total of 2,414 items. The contest between boys and girls was so close that we look forward to rewarding ALL students!
-Today is the deadline for PTO's MPS online shirt sales. Don't forget to order today!
-No school on Wed. Nov 22, Thu. Nov 23rd or Fri. Nov 24 Happy Thanksgiving!

2nd grade CoGAT/ IOWA testing dates: October 23-27.
Schedule sent to 2nd grade families.
Makeup testing concluded by 11/10.

Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year at Marshall Primary School! Our theme this year is Making Memories Together where we celebrate Marshall Primary School's 70th Anniversary!
All parents/guardians will need to set up a new FinalForms account (directions are on registration tab of the anderson2.org website) and complete the for student registration.
Mark Your Calendar! Meet the Teacher Event at Marshall Primary School is on Tuesday, August 1st from 2-6PM. During this time, you will find out your child's teacher, visit the classroom, and pay registration fees.
First Day of School is Thursday, August 3!
NOTE - 3K, 4K, and 5K (Kindergarten) students will have assigned staggered start days. Teachers will contact families regarding assigned staggered start day for these students the teachers return from summer break. Enjoy the remainder of your summer and see you all soon!

Message from Nurse Christy -
If your child has medication, prescription or non-prescription, remaining at school, it must be picked up, by parent/guardian, by dismissal on June 1. All medication remaining after the aforementioned date will be discarded. Letters have been sent home as a reminder to those who have remaining medication at school.

How do our teachers motivate students to do their best on the spring diagnostic test? They become the incentive - allowing the students to throw water balloons at them and pie them in the face! Way to go 1st grade!

MPS Book Fair is Friday, February 24 - Thursday, March 2, 2023 in the Media Center Classes have assigned times to shop (see attached image). Families can shop together during our MPS Spring Fling on Thurs, March 2nd from 5-6:30 p.m. We have an online shopping option also!
